BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Officials with the probation department say Theodore Steele is on felony probation and is required to register as a sex offender within 5 days and report to his probation officer. Steele failed to do both and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Steele is known to frequent the Valley Plaza, the Southwest Bus Terminal, the Downtown Bus Terminal, and the Oildale area.
Theodore Steele, who also goes by “Teddy”, is a 22-year-old, white male, approximately 5’11”, 140 lbs, green eyes, with light brown hair which may be shaved at this time. Anyone with information should contact Probation Officer Kyle Dock, at 661-868-7551 or immediately notify local law enforcement.
