BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Bakersfield Police need your help finding and identifying a suspect wanted for indecent exposure. Police say on November 6, 2013, around 1:35 p.m. a suspect identified as a: Black male, 20’s, 5’6” tall, 150 lbs. unkempt afro hair style, wearing a green jacket and blue jeans, approached two women while they were standing in the front yard of a residence in the 100 block of L St.
