BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Bakersfield Police say one of their detectives has been working with the victim and their Crime Scene Unit to developed a composite sketch of the suspect in an attempted kidnapping case.
Police say on November 16, a female teenager was in the 3400 block of Chester Avenue, when she was approached by the suspect. The suspect grabbed the victim and attempted to force her into his vehicle however she was able to escape and call for help.
The suspect is described as a Black man, late 30’s, 5’8” tall, with a large build. The suspect vehicle is described as a dark green, late 90’s, 4 door Honda Accord, with rear tinted windows.
