Saturday morning, an abandoned child was laid to rest in Bakersfield's Garden of Innocence.
Named in death as "Baby Natalie", the little girl was buried in Union Cemetary near the graves of other children who were never identified.
The Garden of Innocence project provides funeral and burial services so that no child leaves the earth without someone who cared.
Several organizations and dozens of people came out to the service.
"It's so touching what happened to this child. We want to show that we're here for all children, not just the ones who suffered child abuse and have been laid to rest, but also the children that are out here that are suffering every day," said Bikers Against Child Abuse.
The Garden of Innocence doesn't provide details on where the child was found or how they died, instead it focuses on having a loving farewell.
