BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Bakersfield Police need your help identifying and locating a man wanted for petty theft and grand theft auto. Police say on January 13, 2014, at 1:52 p.m. the suspect, described as a: White or Hispanic man, 20-30, 6’0”, 185, short brown hair, wearing a baseball cap, blue long-sleeve shirt, white t-shirt and blue jeans entered the Rite Aid at 1107 Calloway Dr.
The man selected two bottles of wine and exited the store without paying for the merchandise. A store employee followed him to the parking lot and saw him enter a vehicle which was later determined to be stolen.
