BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Bakersfield Police need the public's help in finding an at-risk missing man. He is identified as: Robert Walter Garcia, Hispanic, 36, 5’1”, 215, brown hair, short buzz cut, hazel eyes.
He last seen wearing a gray shirt with a “Cali” logo and blue jeans.
Garcia was last seen Monday at about 2:00 p.m. in the 5400 block of Saddle Back Ridge Court in southwest Bakersfield.
He is at-risk due to a mental disability.
