BAKERSFIELD, CA- A man accused of shooting and killing a teenager at a party in Southeast Bakersfield more than five years ago was found guilty of murder.
Sheriff's deputies say Jonathan Lee and Patrick Harris tried to crash a party at a house on Isla Del Sol in April of 2009.
Authorities say when the men weren't allowed in, one of the men shot and killed 17-year-old Silberio Rodriguez.
Yesterday, Harris was convicted of first degree murder and ten other felony charges. He is expected to be sentenced next month.
