BAKERSFIELD, CA - Bakersfield police have arrested a man they say was responsible for more than 100 graffiti cases in the city.
Investigators say Misael Flores, 19, was arrested Tuesday in the 3900 block of Sorrano Avenue after he was seen discarding a plastic container which had several wrapped packages of methamphetamine.
Police say Flores admitted to possessing the meth for sale and causing thousands of dollars of graffiti damage in the city over the past several months.
Flores was booked on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and malicious mischief.
