BAKERSFIELD, CA. - A 12-year-old girl has died in a vehicle rollover yesterday near Mojave, according to the coroner.
Blanca Liliana Carrillo Venegas, 12, was the passenger in an SUV that left the roadway and overturned.
The incident happened on Nov. 4 around noon on east bound 58, just west of Twenty Mule Team Rd, in Edwards, Calif.
Venegas died at the scene as a result of her injuries.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
There is no mention on the driver or if there were other passengers in the vehicle.
