BAKERSFIELD, CA. - Testimony resumed today in the trial of Bryan Oliver -- the teen charged with shooting and trying to kill classmate Bowe Cleveland at Taft Union High School two years ago.

The trial was put on hold Monday due to jury scheduling conflicts.

The trial recessed Nov. 20 ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday, after Oliver took the stand in his own defense, saying he was the subject of relentless bullying, and blacked out before and during the shooting.

This morning a local psychologist took the stand, saying oliver is bipolar and has ptsd amongst other diagoses.

Dr. Kris Mohandie, a well known national psychologist is set to take the stand later in the trial, as an expert for the prosecution.
