BAKERSFIELD, CA. - The latest jobs numbers for the month of November was released today and suggest job creation has increased.
In November, the economy added 321,000 positions though the unemployment rate held steady at 5.8 percent.
Economists were expecting 230,000 new non-farm payroll jobs and unemployment at 5.8 percent.
Professional and business services led the way, as retail added 50,000 new hires heading into the holiday shopping season.
