The Bakersfield Police Department held its annual Employee Award Ceremony today at 10:00 a.m. at Bakersfield Police Headquarters, 1601 Truxtun Ave.
Police Chief Greg Williamson and Command Staff recognized the following employees:
· Civilian Employee of the Year – Clerk Typist Karen Hulsey
· Dispatcher of the Year – Dispatcher II Stephanie Underwood
· Officer of the Year – Officer David Brantley
· Detective of the Year – Detective Don Cegielski
These employees were recognized for their outstanding work and dedication to the Bakersfield Police Department and the citizens of the City of Bakersfield during 2014.
