Locally, Democrats and Republicans held their own viewing parties for this third and final presidential debate.

Democrats gathered in downtown Bakersfield.

While Republicans met in south Bakersfield.

And, as expected, the question of 'who won?' depends on who you ask.

All eyes and ears were glued to the big screen TV at the local Democrat headquarters on Chester Avenue where they gathered to support and cheer for President Obama.

"Well right now I think Obama is coming out on top right now with his points coming out very clearly, than Romney's points." said Bob Marshall who watched at Democratic HQ.

"Tonight it's looking good for him. He's being aggressive, he's answering all the questions in detail." said another viewer Laura Godinez.

Republicans disagree and say their candidate held his own in the debate that centered on foreign policy, where most analysts expected President Obama to dominate.

"I think we are seeing and hearing two very different messages from Governor Romney and President Obama. Governor Romney will stand with Israel and defend this country at all costs." said Javier Reyes Jr., a member of the Young Republican group.

State Senator Jean Fuller joined them to watch as well.

"It's great to be here and see the reactions of the young republicans because they are sitting there and going yes, yes. These are the points we need to make. The things we need to do. Romney is coming across great in that way." said Fuller.

Then there are those who don't support either candidate.

They took to the KGET Facebook page to vent their frustrations.

Nick Edwards says "I'll tell you who is losing. The American people are the real losers in the situation. Neither of them deserve to be in the seat of President."

We'll know what people really think in 15 days, when voters head to the polls on Election Day.
