BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Bakersfield Police are searching for man who they say may have been taking pictures of a girl while kneeling next to her at a Valley Plaza store last month. Police say on Thursday, December 26, 2013 at approximately 3:00 P.M. a man was seen in a store in the Valley Plaza kneeling down next to a female juvenile who was wearing a skirt.
The female juvenile was alerted by other customers that the man was possibly taking pictures of her at which time he left the store. Police describe the man as a: Hispanic, 30’s, 5’-10”, heavy build, brown hair, thin full beard, wearing
a “CAL” college T-shirt.
