BAKERSFIELD, CA -- There's new details about a DUI crash that killed a 22-year-old woman earlier this month.
A police report shows the suspected driver Alex Rubio was going more than 120 miles per hour when he hit Princess Almonidovar.
The crash happened January 3 at the intersection of New Stine Road and Ming Avenue.
Police say they recovered the data box from Rubio's Chrysler.
The report shows the box indicates five seconds before the crash, that Rubio had his foot all the way down on the pedal going 111 miles per hour.
Upon impact it shows Rubio let up on the pedal, but still hit Almonidovar's car at 128 miles per hour, more than 75 miles per hour over the posted speed limit in that area.
The report also shows two witnesses said Rubio ran the red light.
