BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Bakersfield Police needs the public's help in locating an at-risk runaway teenager. Police say Savannah Castillo,14, was reported as a missing person to Bakersfield Police earlier this month. Castillo is at risk due to her age.
She is described as a Hispanic, 4’7”, 90 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a black “Foothill” sweater with gold lettering and cargo shorts.
