BAKERSFIELD, CA -- Bakersfield Police need your help to identify and locate a man wanted for theft. Police say on January 12, 2014, at 2:50 am the man removed video surveillance cameras from the victim’s business in the 2100 block of 19th St.
Police describe the man as: white, wearing a baseball cap, dark hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, with a mustache and goatee, riding a mountain bike.
