BAKERSFIELD, CA -- A man and a woman were arrested Tuesday following an apparent burglary at a dental office, Bakersfield police said.

Cynthia Munoz, 31, and Anthony Miranda, 32, both of Bakersfield, were facing numerous felony charges after being taken into custody at the scene of the burglary, said Bakersfield Police Department spokesman, Sgt. Joe Grubbs.

The burglary took place in the 2000 block of Brundage Lane in Bakersfield.

At 6:18 p.m. on Tuesday, Bakersfield police officers were dispatched to a suspicious circumstances call at the dental office, according to a statement issued by Grubbs. Upon arrival officers found Munoz seated in the driver's seat of a vehicle with the engine running in the rear parking lot. They also saw Miranda exiting the business through a window, carrying two computer keyboards. Both suspects were arrested without incident.

A search of the vehicle revealed four computer monitors, a printer and narcotics, Grubbs said.

Munoz was arrested for burglary and conspiracy. Miranda was arrested for burglary, conspiracy, possession of narcotics and narcotics paraphernalia.
