ARVIN, CA -- A woman is dead after the California Highway Patrol says she jumped out of a moving big rig near Arvin early Wednesday morning.
It happened around1:40 a.m. , on Highway 99 just north of Sandrini Road.
Officers say the driver and woman are related.
